Dr. Sarah Shannon presented at the Engagement Scholarship Consortium's 22nd Annual Conference held at UGA.

We are excited to announce Dr. Sarah Shannon as the new Director of the Criminal Justice Studies Program. Dr. Shannon has been with UGA since 2013 and has been an Associate Professor for the Sociology Department.

Each year the program awards the Susette M. Talarico Public Service Leadership Award to the student who has shown exemplary service to the community and on campus during their time in the program. Congratulations to Analla Reid!

 

Each year the program awards the Susette M. Talarico Public Service Leadership Award to the student- or students- who have shown exemplary service during their time in the program. This year, we have two winners: Delaney Burke and Allison Victoria Reid.

I, Ned Phares, have retired as the Academic Advisor for the Criminal Justice Studies Program at the University of Georgia.

The program expects to have a new advisor by sometime August.
